This policy explains our subscription cancellation and refund process. It should be read with our Terms of service. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected.
01Trial and cancellation
The trial lasts 3 days. If you cancel before it ends, your subscription will not begin and you will not be charged for the first billing period. You can cancel in your dashboard's billing settings at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of any period already paid for.
02Refund requests
After the trial, subscription payments are generally non-refundable because producing articles incurs costs. This does not affect any refund or other remedy required by law. If a bug prevents the Service from working or it does not work as described, email hello@automatedseo.app within 14 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the problem. We will investigate, try to fix it and, where we cannot, consider a full or partial refund. You can contact us after 14 days if you believe you have a legal right to a remedy.
03If we end the Service
If we end your subscription for a reason other than your breach of the Terms, we will refund prepaid fees for the unused part of that subscription.
